CRM Analyst - Bradford
Out client is highly established Omni Chanel business who are growing their CRM team.
As a CRM Analyst you will support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (including DM, Email, Push & SMS) and to provide analysis and insight-based recommendations for improved customer targeting.
You will be producing timely and accurate reports to understand the success of the marketing activity across channels, identify opportunities for improved customer targeting using insight-based recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills and understanding of data, relevant degree, computer literate - good understanding of Microsoft Office Package.
An interest in or knowledge in the use of programming/SQL would be beneficial
