Recruiting for a Partnership Support Executive, this exciting role reports to the Travel Team Supervisor and is offered on a 6 month contract. This is a full-time, shift-based role which includes working every other weekend on a rota. Total hours per week are 37.5hrs and can be based in the office in Maidstone, home based or a mixture of both.
The ideal candidate would come with a travel industry background and be used to delivering excellence in customer experience / customer service / customer support.

As a Partnership Support Executive in our Customer Experience team, you’ll be dedicated to putting the customer at heart of what we do. Your enthusiasm and expert knowledge will inspire and create excitement for customers looking to book with us. First impressions count so by creating holidays that match customers’ interests, tastes and budget, you’ll be setting them on the road to an amazing holiday experience.
* You’ll act as the first point of contact for enquiries. You’ll use your skills and experience to understand the customer’s needs, delivering the right response first time, ensuring the customer has all they need to go ahead and book.
* You’ll be an advocate for our values and will do all you can to meet customer expectations – from providing support with managing their reservations to answering pre-travel questions.
* Making a positive impact on every customer contact over multiple channels such as partner portals, email and phone.
* Developing fantastic product knowledge to help resolve customer queries.

You’ll have a positive, motivated mindset
Understanding of the Travel business
Strong on systems including MS Office (Office, Word, Excel)
Experience in Zendesk would be of benefit
Experience in a sales or customer service role with a Travel background
Proven ability to negotiate and resolve issues.
Additional European languages a definite advantage
Aptitude to learn new systems and processes.
Excellent spoken & written communication skills (confident communicator in both verbal and written forms).
