A fantastic client of ours based in Ipswich are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm position, paying up to £23,500. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a customer focused, fast paced environment.
Duties of this Sales Administrator role include:
Gathering and entering information into the system
Preparation and analysis of data for weekly/monthly reports
Processing sales and purchase orders
Creating presentation reports of data to provide to relevant colleagues
General administrative duties to support the office team
Working with the team to deal with customer focused queries Key Skills and Experience:
Previous administrative/customer focused experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise workload
Advanced Excel knowledge with experience of Pivot Tables, formulas and V Look ups
Excellent organisational skills, motivated and committed to deliver high standards of service
