Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to focus on our RPO service. Covering all aspects of business development management across the RPO division specifically, this role reports directly to the Group Sales Director and will be part of the Operations board. We are looking for a strong sales leader with a collaborative management style who is able to fully implement a highly efficient business development process. This role involves regular UK-based travel. This would suit someone who has got sales experience within a recruitment/outsourcing/managed service environment - perhaps someone who has got a 360 recruitment background who would like to take a step up.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
The creation of an effective sales strategy
Identifying places to deliver our RPO function to
Direct solution-based selling, plus up-selling and cross-selling additional services and solutions
Creation and management of key accounts processes
Achieving and surpassing revenue targets
Bid presentation at board level
Creation of management reports
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with well-established communication skills, who is able to form effective relationships and engage positively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and directors. Ability to organise multiple tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines is required, particularly when working to key deadlines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Business Development Manager/Consultant specifically within an RPO/Service selling function.
Strong sales experience - within recruitment or similar environment
RPO experience is preferred but not essential
Motivated and driven sales approach
Strong communication skills
Experience selling within a white collar/senior level environment as will be dealing with procurement and senior level business owners
