Customer Service Coordinator - Temp to Perm
Full time 37.5 hour week - shifts across Monday - Friday 8am-6pm
Occasional shifts of 12-8pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm (approx 1 in 6-8 weeks)
Start date 11th October 2021
** Can be a fully remote role but you will need to attend the office in Dorking, Surrey to collect your equipment on the sart date and for occasional training and product launch days **

Our client, a leading not-for-profit organisation, is recruiting for Customer Service professionals for their friendly Call Centre. This role will be based remotely with the need to visit the office in Dorking, Surrey to collect equipment on the start date. Hybrid working is available or can be entirely remote.
The team work a 37.5 hour week of varied shifts across Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm, with occasional shifts of 12-8pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
This role is Temp initially with a view to go permanent after 12 weeks. This is a large organisation with an abundance of development and salary progression opportunities for high performers.
This varied and fast-paced role involves:
Handling all contact with customers via calls, emails, live chat and social media
Manage the end-to-end customer journey ensuring seamless service throughout
Discuss options and effectively upsell different products and services available
Maintaining up to date customer information on the databaseSkills and experience required:
Strong experience in a customer service/ call centre/ customer facing position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, proactive and customer focused attitude
Ability to manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced team environment
Confidence to work using own initiative and unsupervised
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
