Our client is a producer of high quality door handles and locking systems.
They require a Sales Executive - competitive salary dependent upon experience
Reporting to: Sales Centre Leader
Purpose of the Role
* Deal effectively with customer enquiries, orders, complaints and requests
* Proactively generate sales and maximise every sales opportunity
* Maintain and develop customer relationships through demonstration of the Company’s Vision and Values
Key responsibilities
* Manage customers on your allocated territory
* Contact all customers regularly
* Order processing – ensure orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner
* Keep the customer advised of progress with outstanding orders (in accordance with agreed service standards)
* Ensure telephones are answered to our standard
* Maximise revenue opportunities (full range, cross selling)
* Follow the sales framework
* Promote the Company’s brands and product range
* Prepare and follow-up phone calls
* Seek new customers on your territory
* Create and track quotations/campaigns/promotions
* Analyse area/customer sales variances
* Maintain customer master data (eg contacts)
* Maintain customer pricing data
* Process returns / complaints (in accordance with agreed service standards)
Other specific responsibilities
• Embrace change and challenges, and grow through development of knowledge and skills
* Develop internal and external customer relationships
* Maintain and develop technical knowledge
* attending training session as and when required
* These duties and responsibilities may be varied from time to time by your Manager, based upon the changing needs of the Company and your personal development
General responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
• Comply with Company regulations regarding Employee / Company confidentiality
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by either your Manager or a Company Director
