HRGO Recruitment are working with a business in Ashford in their search for a Customer Engagement Officer. You will provide a professional, welcoming and polite reception service for all visitors and staff, and direct calls accordingly, which assisting with the other daily reception tasks in line with the requirements of the role.
Maths and English, GCSE or Equivalent, Grade C or above
Proven experience working with the public both over the phone and face to face
Experience of booking appointments
Knowledge or experience of working within a health care/medical environment would be an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
