Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator for our client based in Finchampstead.
Role: Operations Administrator
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls
Liaise with clients via phone and email, including booking jobs and dealing with queries
Distribute documentation to clients
Process order paperwork
Maintain and update the planning software/schedule
Raise accurate invoices
Raise purchase orders for suppliers and sub-contractors
Process engineer reports and samples
Support Engineering and Sales teams
Ad hoc admin duties
The ideal candidate:
Excellent customer service skills, and a polite and professional attitude
A clear passion to learn and support the success of the business.
A clear willingness to work across multiple disciplines and tasks.
Excellent communication skills and desire to be a team player.
Ability to confidently work on your own initiative.
Clear attention to detail.
