We're on the lookout for a Collection Support Manager on a full time permanent basis in the location of Wellesbourne.

About the role:

As a Collection Support Manager, your responsibilities will be to provide Collection Support to Collectors/Engineers and to Create Reports

•Be totally familiar with the Playsafe/Quantum System, Handheld PDA Operation, Jetsort (Coin Counter) Operation and the BNAES Collection Procedure

•To be responsible for collation of monetary collections for all types of games sited within the Services Division.

•Produce weekly reports, based on revenue takings from collection sheets for Management and or Customer.

•Assist as the direct point of contact during collections with investigating shortages, collection errors and make amendments and adjustments as necessary, including meters.

•Check & Monitor the takings of games, reporting poor performance and alerting Management to these findings. Check and report any variances on Quantum or collection sheets to the relevant parties

•Create new machines onto the system/collection sheets including any rotations of games from sites and making sure inventories are fully up to date and correct.

•Keep Playsafe system and collection sheets fully updated, including names & serial No’s of games, amending formulas, and checking splits where necessary

•Produce Excel spreadsheets, for Management

•To concentrate on, cement and develop the company’s business with its existing major customers and any other additional organization with which the company develops a significant future business relationship.

•To communicate regularly with colleagues – General Manager, Service Support Manager, Business Managers, Regional Managers, and the Call Centre

•Liaising regularly with Head Office accounts department regarding the invoicing of collection sheets and assist with inputting of figures for monthly reports, as necessary.

•To attend at any national sites for whatever reason as requested (given reasonable notice and at the cost of the company)

•Represent the company in both a professional manner and appearance at all times.

•Perform such other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Company to meet its on-going requirements

About You:

If you have a background in supporting and reporting this would be a perfect position for you. Due to the reporting part of the role attention to details is vitally important along with problem solving.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary £20k - £25k depending on experience

Traveling to local sites will be required for training and very occasional visit to sites throughout the year therefore you will be required to have your own transport.
