Prospero teaching are working in partnership with a school in Salford who are looking to recruit for a teacher of Creative Digital Media Production from January 2022. The role will be to teach key stage 4 & 5 pupils, on a full time basis and will initially be temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The ideal candidate will have TV studio experience, a knowledge of a wide range of cameras and editing software. The ideal candidate would have Most importantly, we need someone with a 'can do' approach, and a real desire to bring out the best in young people, whatever it takes.
It is essential that you hold Qualified Teacher Status and are able to commit to the role from January. You will also be required to provide sufficient references to cover the last 2 years, and hold an enhanced DBS that is on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one.

Knowledge of Film and TV production processes
Knowledge of Film Theory and the WJEC EDUQAS Film Studies course
Knowledge of BTEC Assessment and planning
Knowledge of Cameras and TV studio production
Knowledge of post production software such as Premiere or similar
