UrbanBubble has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Charge Accounts Manager to join the team based in Manchester, hybrid working is also available. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,500 - £42,000 per annum.

About the role:

As our Service Charge Accounts Manager, you will manage the Service Charge Accounts Team ensuring that all service charge accounts and quarterly reports are undertaken according to internal and industry-standard timescales and expectations.

Responsibilities as our Service Charge Accounts Manager will include:

Day-to-day management of the Service Charge Accounts team

Supporting to Property Team with service charge accounts related queries

Overseeing the production of all annual service charge accounts for all block management properties (including PRS sites)

Overseeing the production of all quarterly reports produced for the Property Managers, in line with deadlines

The set up of all new properties on Qube, including liaising with previous agents for the handover information

Undertaking all handovers to new agents as and when required in accordance with ARMA guidelines

The calculation of all void costs for developers, the timely collection of all void payments and the client relationship with Developers

Integration with the Mobilisation and Change Team for the set-up of all new properties on Qube

Undertaking all Service Charge billing across the portfolio

The input of all Service Charge Budgets to Qube

The Annual ARMA  and ARLA audits

Ensuring key KPI’s are met and strong partnership and customer service skills are displayed by the team

Ad hoc reporting as required

Supporting to Head of Finance, Director of Residential and Managing Director as and when required

What we’re looking for in our Service Charge Accounts Manager:

AAT Qualified

Excellent People Management Skills

Strong communication skills

Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines

Analytical with good attention to detail and numeracy skills

Strong IT skills

Engaging, possessing good stakeholder management skills

Adaptable and flexible

Knowledge of QubePM (essential)

Intermediate Excel skills or above
