Arup are an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services. Arup are currently looking for Design House Survey Coordinator to work on the HS2 programme.

We partner with Arup to support contingent recruitment processes.

At present we are looking for a Design House Survey Coordinator to cover initial 12 month contracts on the HS2 Programme.

HS2 Design House Survey Coordinator

Required Skills:

Interpersonal communication skills, good working attitude, adaptable and open to further training and progression in the rail industry
Maintaining up to date records of all Design House (DH) Survey Request Forms (SURFs).
Attendance of survey catch-up meetings with SCS Team.
Processing of incoming survey data instructions and survey related information from SCS and update the Site Information Register on ProjectWise.
Responding to survey related queries and provide guidance on the SURF submission and closeout process.
Recording and updating SURF 3D output information on ArcGIS database.
Completion of survey reviews on SURF related deliverables and in conjunction with the DH and SCS Design Teams.
Leading survey related meetings with SCS and DH when the DH Survey Manager is unavailable.
Confident with Bentley MicroStation, AECOSim, ProjectWise, Autodesk AutoCAD, ESRI ArcGIS, MS Word and Excel packages.
Land surveying / Geomatics education and experience are not essential but would be advantageous.

Due to our client's requirements this position is only available on a PAYE or Umbrella basis.
