We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the a fantastic FE colleges Learning Support Team as an Access Arrangement Assessor.
You will be required to conduct the access arrangement assessments in line with JCQ guidelines for learners with Specific Learning Difficulties and support needs. The successful applicant will join a small team to carry out this vital service for our learners.
The successful candidate will need to have:
experience in carry out on-going screening and diagnostic assessment of learners
experience in supporting individuals with Dyslexia and experience in conducting access arrangement assessments for exam concessions.
completed Level 7 SpLD qualification.
Up to date DBS.The Learning Support Team works with young people who face barriers to education, including learners with special educational needs and those with an EHCP.
