Just like a family we want the best for the individuals we support. That’s why we are expanding our PBS team. We want to empower children and young people in our care to learn and adopt positive behaviours to overcome any challenges they may face in their daily lives.
One of our sole objectives is to support people to live their best lives. We do this in many ways, from days out to the beach, trips to the cinema, learning new hobbies, or just going out for a cheeky Nandos! But when things aren’t going great, we need someone with the right expertise to help us get back on track.
Specific Responsibilities
POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT
·To ensure that high standards of professional care for the children and young people we support are adopted and maintained by ensuring the PBS support practices achieve organisational and individual objectives.
·To carry a caseload and hold caseload responsibility.
·To collect, collate and analyse data relating to the behaviour of referred individuals we support.
·To develop functional assessments, behavioural assessments, risk assessments and intervention plans using agreed audit tools and systems
