Job description
We are looking for a Dispatcher / Scheduler to join our Planning & Technical team in our Leeds Office.
Location - Leeds (LS15)
Full Time - 40 hours per week, you will work a variety of working patterns between 8am - 7pm, Monday - Saturday.
Salary - £19,711

About the role;
To support the Deployment of all Installations required resource in advance and with adequate contingency.
The resource deployment areas include, but are not limited to Sales Surveyors, Installation teams, Electricians and Waste resource.
To manage the diaries and schedules of the team 
To always act in accordance with our values and ensure at all times your colleagues and customers are treated fairly.
To be in regular contact with the team 
Manage the efficient and effective daily planning of installation & remedial work for large areas of the UK
Regular liaison with key internal and external stakeholders
To regularly liaise with the Field Based Supervisors to ensure the job is going according to plan and take any swift action required to help complete a job on time
Management and completion of all related installation paperwork
Inbound call taking and outbound call making from and to Installers, Surveyors and Customers to facilitate the efficient planning of a customer installation.
Daily updates to the Area Managers and key stakeholders of any variations to the forecasted plan
Support the creation of Forecasting resource plans
Collate data and produce management reports in accordance with reporting deadlines for use by internal and external departments or clients.
Effectively liaise with all relevant key members of the business where required.
Work effectively with and support colleagues throughout the business to achieve and effectively deliver priority information.
Ensure that confidential information is appropriately handled and stored.
Input ideas and suggestions for the profitable growth of the business.
Ability to work as a Customer Service Advisor as and when required to support absence or increase in volumes of work.

Analytically minded with attention to detail
Strong Geographical knowledge
Customer focus in getting the job done
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and excel
Good communicator at all levels
Administrative or customer service background is ideal
