Customer Advisor - Working from Home
£9.55 per hour paid weekly initially
Full time hours - Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisor to join our client on behalf of a Government contract.

Please note: if successful you will need to attend site in Manchester on your first day to collect the equipment.

What will you be doing?

Resolving customer queries and complaints to a high standard
Managing customer cases and providing excellent customer service 
Ensuring all customer interactions are to a high quality 
Recording all customer information on the internal systems
Working to a first time resolution on all calls 
What are we looking for?

Previous experience within a customer service role - contact centre experience is desirable but not essential 
Experience handling customer queries and complaints
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work as part of a team
Computer literate - you will be using a number of in house systems
Hours of work -

Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am-6pm
This a full time role only 
Pay rate - 

£9.55 per hour
Weekly pay initially 
Paid holiday's once accrued
