Our client is seeking a lively, enthusiastic and professional individual to answer company calls and also assist in office/administrative functions. You will be expected to handle a multitude of duties from answering and directing incoming calls, registering visitors , booking and maintaining conference rooms, to managing the stationery store. You will also have good computer skills to assist the Manager with her administration work such as compiling invoices, chasing stock, inputting of orders, dealing with post and more.

You will have a "can do" attitude, the ability to multi task and a friendly and willing personality, the ability to multi task and work in a busy environment at times.
This role is from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with half an hour for lunch and you will be required to work from NOW and for the next few weeks. There could be a permanent position available for the right person
