My client based in between Cheltenham and Gloucester are looking for a part time HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join the ever growing team. The successful candidate will be professional with good knowledge of HR and recruitment and administration. Working 12-16 hours per week with open flexibility to hours and days, paying £11-£13ph this could be a brilliant opportunity to the right person.

Roles and Responsibilities of a HR and Recruitment Coordinator:

Interviewing and selection for any new employees.
Employee offer letters and contract issuing.
Employee inductions and training plans.
HR administration.
Time sheet and basic payroll preparation.
Adhoc administration as requested.

Skills and Attributes of a HR and Recruitment Coordinator:

Experienced interviewer
A good understanding of HRandRecruitment.
Professional communication skills
Organised and the ability to work on your own initiative
