Description

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for:

Assisting and supporting the HR clients in Human Resources issues, including training, employment law compliance, training and development, new hire orientation, employee relations, and performance management
Assisting with benefits administration, recruiting, policy implementation, reporting of information, employee relations and coordination of training for employees
Promoting effective human resources practices to minimise potential liability and risks
Providing assistance to the HR Business partner, management and employees to prevent and mediate conflicts, discipline and terminations
Assisting in investigation resolution
Conducting exit interviews
Maintaining and updating company policy and procedures
Preparing reports by selecting, analysing and summarising data and trends as required
Coordinating employee relations issues with HR Managers or Business PartnersProfile

The ideal Human Resources Assistant will have the following skills/ qualities:

A background in human resources
A desire to work in an HR department
A dynamic approach
Great attention to detail
Good excel and technical ability
A varied experience
Ability to self-manage daily tasks & workload
