Customer Service Advisor


Permanent contract

£9.50 per hour

Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Broxburn.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and the pay rate is £9.50 per hour.

Successful applicants will have experience in a similar role and must be able to provide 1 work reference in a similar role, before being interviewed.

Duties & tasks:

· Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, answering calls, replying to
customer queries across a variety of platforms, interacting with clients, visitors, and
· Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
· Maintains accurate records and enters data
· Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
· Answers customer questions and confirms customer orders
· Processing of returns received into our warehouse
· Problem solving issues surrounding faulty stock for customers

Skills required for the role:

· Previous experience in a related field is preferred
· Self-Driven
· Excellent Customer Care Skills
· Exceptional Communication Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
· Attention to Detail
· Excellent Typing Skills
· Strong Problem-Solving Skills
· Excellent Organizational Skills
· Highly Motivated and Ability to Prioritize Efficiently
