Candidate - Successful salesperson with industry experience selling directly to installers that fit plumbing and heating systems to domestic properties whether new or refurbishment projects combined with managing regional relationships with major plumbing and heating merchants.
This is a brand-new Regional Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of electric heating, renewable heating and water saving plumbing systems including air source and ground source heat pumps. You will manage the relationship with all of the heating installers and contractors in the region that have been fitting gas boilers and/or are fitting renewables such as heat pumps. You will offer an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient and high quality heating systems to help transition gas installers away from boilers to renewables such as ASHP's and GSHP's. Furthermore, you will manage the key relationships with plumbing and heating merchants in the region, where the installers and contractors buy the renewables from.
* £42k - £47k Basic Salary
* realistic +£70k OTE uncapped

This is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced and driven Regional Sales Managers covering the UK so you must have a successful sales record ideally selling into residential heating installers and contractors, whether gas, oil fired or renewables into new build housing or retro fit social housing. Furthermore, if you have also sold into plumbing and heating merchants then this would be an added benefit. If you have actually sold ground source and air source heat pumps or have an excellent understanting of how they work, benfits and reasons to use them then this will be an advantage.
