Sylvia Cohen is a communication expert specialising in a four-step approach on body breath voice and delivery she has worked with some of the most exciting people in a wide cross-section of industries for investment banking fashion tech start-ups.

She studied with Patsy Rosenberg and Jeanette Nelson former and current head of The National Theatre.

Sylvia Cohen communications are looking for a business PA to Support and deliver all aspects of the day-to-day running of a CEO working in the communication business. She is looking for a PA with first-class business skills to help deliver new leads and develop the business.

It would be an advantage if the person has worked within the category of a booking agency entertainment business support management must have first-class communication skills must be very organised have exceptional communication skills.

Written verbally be familiar with software packages such as Word Excel and any other structured business management software packages.

This is a hands-on exciting business PA opportunity working directly with Sylvia Cohen the CEO of Sylvia Cohen communication

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive PA providing senior executive support and contributing to the effectiveness of Lendlease’s CEO carrying out their day-to-day responsibilities.

Accountabilities, Key Tasks and Activities

· Overseeing the smooth running of the CEOS business, acting as an ambassador and gatekeeper, displaying impeccable levels of discretion, confidentiality

· Demonstrate a proven track record of providing seamless, quality support with meticulous attention to detail

· Superb organisational skills required, extensive diary & travel management across multiple time zones.

· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and flexibly, understand the priorities of the CEO& COOand to be confident to manage multiple and changing priorities. Produce high-quality work with minimal supervision and instruction. The solution is driven, remaining calm under pressure

· Liaise effectively with a range of internal and external personnel, acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries and functioning as a liaison between the CEO& COOand other internal personnel

· Build excellent working relationships with new clients in the UK Europe and across the Global regions. Build relationships and liaise extensively with management and employees in other regions

· Communicating with key clients and stakeholders, organising meetings for VIPs, investors and high-profile government & public officials from the UK and overseas

· Liaise with the Company employees and organise and coordinate all papers and logistics for Lendlease Board Meetings

· Extensive coordination of investment papers across Europe

· Arrange and attend Regional Leadership Team weekly meetings and quarterly offsite meetings. Taking and following up actions

· Arrange and attend the fortnightly functional meetings and prepare agenda in consultation with the COO

· Project manage large scale events across the region, for example, offsite workshops and conferences, investor tours, large celebration dinners

· Prepare correspondence, documents and reports which are typically confidential in nature

· Actively promote and be involved in the EA community viaNetworkAssist, a Lendlease network linkingEAs/PAsacross the group

· Display utmost levels of discretion and confidentiality

· Ensuring all internal systems (Oracle / Workday / expenses) are kept up to date.

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and proactively use communication tools and technology to ensure the CEO is fully supported

· Develop a good knowledge of company policies and procedures to support the business

· Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are actively promoted and adhered to

Essential Criteria:

· Relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent skills and knowledge) combined with advanced knowledge of the role.

· Experience in a senior Executive Assistant role, and/or knowledge of company policies, practices and personnel in order to effectively carry out responsibilities

· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite

· Demonstrated planning and organising skills with the ability to organise and implement work priorities and perform a variety of critical and confidential tasks, balancing constantly changing priorities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and grammatical skills.
