2nd Line Support Engineer required for a small managed service provider based in Croydon, to join their growing team. The experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer will have an in depth knowledge of Office 365 and active directory, is accurate, reliable and consistently provides a high level of customer service in a clear and concise manner.
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer would desirably have a relevant degree - i.e Computer science and be willing to travel within the local area to visit client locations when required.

Answering enquires via email and telephone
Raise support tickets
2nd point of IT issue escalations
Escalate to 3rd line if requiredWhat Experience you need to be successful 2nd Line Support Engineer:
2nd Line Support
Office 365 experience
