We are looking for an experienced Onsite Account Manager or Coordinator who is looking for progression to join the onsite team as an Onsite Operations Manager to provide an excellent onsite service to our client and manage our onsite team of 2 Coordinators and an administrator.

As an Onsite Operations Manager your duties include:

Ensure you and your team are working to company standards
Client relationship building
Achievements of KPI's and SLA's.
Plan and facilitate recruitment during peeks and downtimes.
Providing 'out of hours' on-call support when required.
Manage, recruit and motivate temporary employees.
Induction and training of temporary employees.
Keeping up to date with Government and Driving legalisation and company standardsWe Offer
