Our client is looking to add a customer service representative to their team in Swindon town centre. 

This is a vibrant, friendly team who have excellent retention and people enjoy working there!

This is a great first job or perhaps you are looking to move into an office based job. As long as you have a great attitude and want to learn.

As for the shifts,

The Customer Service department is open 8am – 9pm Mon-Fri, and 9am-5pm Sat-Sunday. Shifts would be 8.5 hours with an hour lunch break in between these hours.

Usually it is only one weekend worked a month with the Rota being completed and posted a month or so in advance so you can plan your life.
Key tasks

Handling customer telephone enquiries

Handling customer email enquiries

Following standard daily customer service procedures

Recording all customer queries

Utilising various in-house customer service applications

Problem solving any issues that may arise

Recording customer expressions of dissatisfaction and complaints.

What we are looking for

A clear, professional phone manner

Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

Self-motivator – happy to work in a fast paced environment

Sound working knowledge of MS Office

Starting salary of £17530, with an annual bonus of 5% dependent on performance
