Our esteemed client has an opportunity for a Procurement Administration Officer to join their busy, fast paced team on a full time basis for a minimum of 6 months.
This role will include but not be limited to;
- Review and generate Purchase Orders
- Data analysis (i.e. identifying regularly ordered items that can be put on catalogue)
- Contact suppliers for quotes
- Liaise with and provide support to internal departments, sometimes providing guidance/training on the process and system
- Use emails, excel spreadsheets and Pecos procurement system
- Office based only, no home working available
Essential requirements;
* High attention to detail
* Proactive approach
* Good communicator, both verbally and written
* Quick learner
* Proficient with email and Microsoft Excel
* Good team worker
As this is a critical role, this is an office based position only.
