Our industry leading client are looking to expand their Customer Service team be recruiting for x 2 Customer Service Co ordinators.
You will process customer and supplier orders, delivery requests and accounts to ensure that customer needs and service levels are achieved.
Main job responsibilities are:
Creating and updating of orders
Develop and maintain good working relationships between customers, suppliers and sales staff
Resolving any queries received
Monitoring customers credit status
Working to KPIs
Supporting with reception and admin tasks when required
Skills and experience required:
A minimum of 3 years customer service experience
Strong communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
Able to work accurately and quickly
Good skills in Word and general windows environment
Good at building customers and supplier relationships
