Mariposa Care Group has an exciting opportunity available for a Lifestyle Support Assistant to join their team based in our wonderful care home at Carlisle. You will join us on a part timefull-time permanent basis on a pay rate of £8.91 per hour plus other benefits.

Our Lifestyle Support Assistant posts are varied, and no two days will be the same. All our care home residents are individuals, and they deserve to be treated as such.

What will you be doing as our Lifestyle Support Assistant?

Duties of a Lifestyle Support Assistant are varied, and no two days will be the same. All our residents are individuals and they deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties will include:

- Help with organising a personalised lifestyle plan

- Help with a range of events and activities for residents such as arts and crafts, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions

- Assist with the nutritional well-being of residents by ensuring suitable drinks and meals are available

- Support staff to deliver a meaningful dining experience for everyone.

What we are looking for in our Lifestyle Support Assistant:

You don’t necessarily need to have previous experience directly in this field, nor qualifications as we are happy to work with you to help you become excellent in the role of Lifestyle Support.
