We are looking for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join the Business Operations team of a company in Saffron Walden. You will be working alongside the Facilities Manager and the Operations Co-ordinator (HR) and will be responsible for co-ordination of IT, processing invoices, communication support and administration.

Requirements

* Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within a commercial /Industrial setting)
* Competent with IT and familiar with key software packages and systems (Office 365, Dropbox/Box, Doodle poll, data rooms)
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent numeracy skills
* Highest levels of integrity and discretion
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexibility to work with changing priorities, while still meeting deadlines
