Job Title: Client Liaison Administrator/Officer

Location: Sheffield

Basic salary: £23,000 - £25,000 DOE Plus benefits

Type: Permanent

A fantastic AIM wealth management group is recruiting a permanent Client Liaison Administrator/Officer to join their team in Sheffield. Reporting to the Head of Wealth and working under the IFA's, your role will be focused upon communicating with clients and answering their queries. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and totally committed to gaining the knowledge and expertise required to a future career as a Paraplanner or Financial Planner.

Responsibilities:

Responding and dealing with day-to-day client queries
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting pack
Collaborating with the firms Paraplanners to ensure that financial planning is seamlessly delivered to clients
Be personal support to the advisor and monitor and manage their diaries
Focus on new business including protection insurance, pensions, investments or mortgages

The ideal candidate will have:

Ideally already working in a firm offering financial advice therefore having some experience in the sector
High attention to detail with the ability to organise workloads efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication providing strong client service skills
Strong MS Office skills
XPLAN experience would be advantageous
Have a clean credit record
