The Company

My client is a small independent recruiter based in Peterborough, they are a friendly company and have a dedicated client base. Due to securing some large contracts they are now seeking an experienced Resourcer to join their busy branch.

The Role

* Sourcing external candidates via direct sourcing, head hunting, referrals etc. Utilising the most cost effective methods i.e. Job boards, LinkedIn, Social media

* Sourcing or targeting candidates, via digital and social media platforms.

* Engaging with candidates via phone, email and social media.

* Working closely with the consultants and the Recruitment Manager to manage the day to day recruitment activities and diary.

* Working closely with their clients and the team to establish the candidate requirements for their key accounts & also define the appropriate areas in which to source potential candidates for these roles..

* Responsible for screening CVs, interviewing prospective candidates, arranging interviews and populating the database.

* Posting, updating and maintaining adverts across a range of job boards.

* Sending out marketing emails and handling the responses.

* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates – capturing key information from candidates. Creating a clear and regular communication plan for these individuals and adhering to SLAs.

* Work effectively with high volume recruitment to pre-defined targets, SLAs and track key information to provide key market insight to clients when required

* Receiving, filtering/vetting all staff referrals

Key Skills Required

* Strong workload planning, organisation skills and attention to detail

* Ability to quickly build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

* Being able to effectively prioritise workload

* Experience of working in a fast paced environment

* Self-motivated & target driven

* Ability to adapt quickly

* Experience using Excel, Google Drives and Salesforce desirable

* Knowledge of the B2C sales industry and/or Telesales would be desirable

* 2+ years recruitment experience within an agency environment.
