Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm (27.5hrs per week)
Do you have previous buying experience at senior level, along with tender management? Are you available and able to fully commit to a 12-month contract? Have you also got experience in dealing with compliance?
If yes, then this role maybe for you. Our prestigious global retail client based in Hammersmith, London is looking for a Senior Buyer to join their driven and professional procurement team.
Duties of the role will include:
Management of current tenders.
Supporting with different categories, including office fit outs and construction projects.
Ensuring all works are completed and compliant in accordance to audit expectations.
Support on internal compliance matter.
Taking lead to ensure the current team are optimising usage of internal IT tools (Ivalua and SAP Ariba).
Will be required to have previous senior buying experience.
Strong IT analytical skills, along with ideally having experience in using Ivalua and SAP Ariba systems - although not essential.
Candidate is also required to have a strong attention to detail.
Ability to use their own initiative in coming forward with any ideas on suggestions to help improve certain processes along with having experience in compliance.
