Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 to £50,000k basic (with uncapped commission)
Location: Ware, Hertfordshire - Head Office but role is predominantly field based
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Package/ Benefits: Uncapped commission, car allowance plus unrivalled benefits package


Our leading Telecommunications client are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their established field sales team, due to ongoing growth.

If you are a professional person who has a proven track record of selling on a B2B basis, and are looking to embark on a fresh new opportunity, this might be an exciting career move for you.

Previous expertise and knowledge from within the Telecommunications / Technical Industry, would be highly advantageous for this position!

Package: £30-50k starting salary with an OTE of up to £100k (uncapped commission scheme) + car allowance + benefits

• You will have worked in a B2B field sales role, seeking predominately New Business


* You will be required to identifying new clients, and build relationships to create sales

* Work confidently to structure your own daily activity to ensure performance is high

* Seek networking opportunities

* Find your own leads, converting them to visits, in turn leading to sales

* Ensuring you are commercially aware and up to date with market trends and competitors.

* Communicating with your clients about new products and services as they become available
