Reporting to and tasked by the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing effective commercial practices within Infrastructure Services Business Unit.
You will be administering the contractual and commercial duties in respect to the Client facing aspects. Provide advice and support the tIS Commercial Lead regarding disputes.
Guidance to Operations Manager in reference to Contractual & Commercial terms
Maintain P&L reporting
Track material changes and prepare any necessary claims
Support Operations in respect to strategic changes
Complete audits and achieve any necessary recoveries.
Produce recommendations for changes resulting from audit findings
Compete Commercial section of monthly progress reports
Create a relationship with the Clients Commercial team
Assist in solving any disputes over the contract with othersBusiness Operations Skills - Experience:
Excellent Commercial understanding
Ability to gather and interrogate data
Good working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:
BSc Quantity Surveying and/or proven experience of working within a contracting organisationYou'll receive formal training and on-the-job training where appropriate - to ensure you're up-skilled as technology develops along with E-learning schemes to help or refresh skills on-line.
