Responsibilities of a Customer Service Team Leader:
Lead, engage and develop a team of 8-10 Customer Service Advisors, managing resource and workloads
Identify training needs and deliver relevant coaching and guidance
Take ownership of the timely resolution of customer escalations and complaints
Effectively manage underperformance and ensure activity is compliant
Understand and communicate key messages to team members
Drive staff engagement, reduce attrition and generally make the business a fantastic place to work!
Skills of a Customer Service Team Leader:
Leadership experience within a call centre or contact centre environment
Proven ability to develop performance across a range of call centre metrics
Demonstrable experience in developing teams to maximise their potential
Ability to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Effective stakeholder management skills
Package and Benefits of a Customer Service Team Leader:
Hours: lovely, sociable hours, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
