Do you have excellent customer service skill and are available immediately to start work and commit on a temp (possible temp to perm) basis? Have you worked in a customer focussed role (retail, hospitality, telesales etc) and are now seeking an office / telephone based role? No exeprience is necessary, just the ability to liaiase confidently on the telephone

Our client is looking to hire 6 additional members of staff due to increased workload

This role involves a mixture of inbound and outbound calls dealing with existing customers. Fun, fast paced environment, working in a team of 20 staff

· Early stage collections, any debt that is 0-30 days old.

· Cancelled direct debit by accident,

· Setting up new direct debit, taking payments

· Chasing customers, taking a promise to pay

· Recalculating payments.

· Dealing with approx 40 calls per day. Average call handling is between 7 minutes - 7.5 minutes with admin time to wrap the call

Working in a team of 20

Skills required

· Good communicator - confident telephone manner

· Listening skills

· Self-motivated (need to work to targets)

· Be able to adapt to customers’ needs

· Resilience

Initial 2 weeks will be in office training 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. This role does offer hybrid working after the training period. Onsite parking

Candidates will be expected to be on location and live locally, but once settled into the role it will be hybrid 60/40
