Service Administrator in Bristol

Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is now recruiting for an exciting position for one of our clients working within the Bristol area.

The Company:

A niche company specialising in the sale, distribution, installation and maintenance of Air Compressor Systems. The company’s products are applicable to a variety of Engineering related industries and have a solid customer base. They have steadily grown over the last few years and are now looking to take on a Service Administrator.

The Role:

The role consists of the general running of the service department alongside another service administrator. Daily duties will revolve around writing job sheets, ordering spares, pricing invoices and passing these on, quoting and liaising with the Engineering’s planning their weeks using a job card system. Someone with thorough, neat and organised work style will excel within this opportunity.


* Previous administration experience

* Neat handwriting

* The ability to produce neat and organised documentation

* Computer literate (Sage 50 would be very beneficial)

* Good customer service

* Great written and verbal communication

* Monday to Friday (7:30am – 5pm)
