Nicholas Howard Limited are excited to be recruiting for a new and exciting role as a Senior Manager (Financial Systems & Operations).

Based in Paddington, this position will lead the technical support for the International Finance organization, including project management oversight, alignment with key related functions (primarily our IT department ) and leading any change management process. Lead the International finance reporting suite (Hyperion and Power BI) and management of consolidated P&L reporting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive the Program Management of International Finance process improvement projects, to maintain a continuous improvement mindset and promote strong communication, sharing of best practices and efficient processes. Activities including (but not limited to):

* Works closely with other members of the CFO organization to identify and help drive opportunities to improve processes across the global finance organization.

* Management and coordinate project timelines and reporting cadence across International operations.

* Ensures alignment across supporting functions and internal finance resourcing availability.

* Manage and maintain our reporting suite, including Dimensions, Tables and Relationships (Hyperion and Power BI).

* Create, manage and maintain various models across Revenue and OPEX (3PL, T&E, etc).

Assists with the financial planning process for responsible functions (budget, forecast, long-range plan) to provide insightful and influential forward-looking direction, to develop key scenarios, and to identify opportunities and risks/uncertainties with potential mitigation plans.

Manage the International Reporting suite with a view to improve the value assessment and deliver insight to our business partners through greater visualisation and analytics in Power BI and Hyperion.

Required Education:

* Professional qualification or Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Required Experience:

* Requires extensive years of relevant financial experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge / Skills:

* Strong analytical skill and ability to work with large amounts of data with an ability to create ad hoc reports or analytics independently.

* Strong expertise with Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; Experience with Hyperion or another multidimensional database; experience with Power Bi or other business intelligence and visualisation tools a plus.

* Ability to solve problems and think creatively - capacity to provide pragmatic solutions and have the drive and leadership to implement ideas through to successful conclusion.

* Strong business acumen, judgement and professionalism required. Intellectual curiosity drives a deep understanding of business issues.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an eagerness to collaborate with colleagues (within or outside of finance) in sharing insights and learnings.

* Must be able to work well with senior leaders, peers and junior team members.

* Possesses a continuous improvement mindset with the flexibility to adapt to change and experience with lean tools / lean philosophies a plus.
