We are looking for individuals with in-house recruitment experience and comfortable dealing with a high volume of vacancies. Is this you or do you know someone that may be interested?

6 months contract

Main Duties & Responsibilities

You will also be required to inform line managers on a regular basis on the recruitment process of temporary and permanent staff.

Ensures that the recruiting system is updated on a regular basis and that workflow operations related to the recruitment process are auctioned in a timely way.
Organise meetings, communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, senior management, managers, and HR business partners to ensure a smooth process for the recruitment process and selection is continuously driven and delivered.
Use relevant methods to advertise all openings, such as the corporate website, employment boards, and social media.
Conduct market research, follow, and monitor current market trends, provide reports and escalate areas of concern.
Screen potential candidates against job requirements, organise/conduct competency-based interviews.
Ensures that recruiting channels encourage a varied range of sourcing options, that processes are devoid of prejudice, and that selection decisions are based on objective criteria.
Actively oversees the candidate application process to guarantee that the best applicants are hired to match the company's defined recruiting needs.
Produce and disseminate the weekly vacancy status report to Senior Management, as well as take the required steps to ensure timely and effective vacancy management.



Office and experience of using candidate management software/systems

Experience working in Recruitment or in-house Recruitment

Experience in dealing with high volume and fast-paced recruitment requirements

Knowledge of best practice resourcing activities and processes

Must have strong organisational skills and can manage priorities

Must have good communication skills and is able to build strong relationships internally and externally
