Our client, a world market leader within its industry, are recruiting a brand new team to work in their busy Head Office, and they are looking for a talented team of individuals to join and grow with them in the company

The role of the Sales Administrator will be to support the Sales Manager in various administration tasks.

Duties

* To provide full administration support to dedicated UK based Account Managers

* To provide full admin assistance to Key Accounts Manager

* Managing client accounts

* Compile and update Sales Reports

* Create, update and maintain Excel Spreadsheets

* Carry out necessary Credit Checks for new and existing clients as required

* Entering and updating the Database and managing the process

* Carry out research as required using internal and external sources

* Managing sales leads and sending these to the relevant team

* Assisting in the process of tenders as required

Experience and Skills Required

* Essential ; Advanced knowledge of MS Excel as well as all other MS packages

* An understanding of CRM systems

* Excellent Customer Service skills and experience of speaking with Clients

* Highly motivated and results driven

* Able to work to deadlines

* Ability to work as a team

In return my client offers a salary of £23k + a annual bonus of upto £3k dependent on company performance along with free parking and 28 days holiday rising with length of servcice.
