This is not hand-holding business. You won't be micromanaged, rather you'll be nurtured to build on your experience and lead projects with your own personal approach whilst utilising the client's capabilities to support you through this. Flexible working is available, no chaining you to the desk, and you'll be given the opportunity to have your input into the future of the business in time.
To be considered, you should have achieved chartered status ideally, but if you are approaching completion of your APC then the client will also be delighted to hear from you. Teamwork is key so you'll have the mindset that many hands make light work and be used to rolling up your sleeves to help your colleagues. You'll have client interaction so it would be great to have experience in this field, but if not you'll be offered the support you need.
On offer is a competitive package, an employer who'll put your development first and the benefit of a flexible working package. Plus, you'll have the benefit of working for a business who's reputation has placed them at the forefront of the market!
If this is of interest, or indeed you'd like to have a confidential discussion on the role before submitting your application, please get in touch Grant Dalziel on (phone number removed) quoting J22668.
