Registered Care Manager

Location: Poole and Surrounding Areas

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Contract: Permanent

Our client, a well-known provider of home care services across Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas, are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to join their successful team.

As a Registered Manager you will head up their senior team and work alongside the Director, Senior Managers and colleagues to oversee the daily operations of the organisation.

You will ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the Company's vision to deliver bespoke quality care services enabling people to remain living in their own homes.

You will oversee an existing workforce made up of experienced care workers and senior field supervisors, as well as being supported by an experienced management team so that positive outcomes for clients are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and lead following CQC guidance and maintaining compliance around key regulations.
Deal with any issues/concerns raised by clients or team members in line with CQC regulations.
Ensure effective communication across managers and the wider team.
Identify ways to improve and keep in line with ever changing legislations.
Develop positive relationships with local authority partners as well as professional bodies.
Work as a team to support colleagues when needed.
Maintain and review Policies and Procedures and ensure they are always enforced.
Ensure the needs of clients are being met and their needs reviewed in accordance with regulations and standards.

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have:

A vocational qualification to Level 5 standard or equivalent or be working towards having achieved additional qualifications. (Health and Social Care)
Extensive experience working in the care sector
Experience in managing a team delivering large number of hours of care across the community.
Proven track record in supervising and managing people
Excellent communication skills and record keeping
Good understanding of care compliance and legislation
Computer literate
