Customer Care Champion – Weekday Late Shift

What are we looking for?

Otis is currently sourcing talented individuals for a role within our Customer Care team. We have an opening for a Customer Care ‘Call Centre’ Advisor for the week day late shift. Hours are between 4pm – 8pm or 4pm - 10pm Monday to Friday.

What will I do?

* Answer the telephone promptly in a courteous and professional manner in line with the standard response

* Attend our Emergency desk answering trapped passenger calls

* Ensure that information obtained from clients is accurately entered onto the Call Handling System for service breakdowns and special messages.

* Ensure the dispatch of emergency break-down calls to route engineers, to achieve requires SLA’s

* Provide customers (internal and External) with updates regarding ETA’s and LTA’s

* Update relevant information on Otis business systems endeavouring to keep customer chases to a minimum.

* Support Key Account customers / account managers to manage contracted SLA agreements.

* Manage customer service portals in line with requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

* Demonstrate a high level of customer care and previous customer service exposure

* Able to develop effective professional business relationships, through excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Prior experience in call handling in a reactive service industry with strong IT skills

* Be a passionate team-player and be able to work under pressure to deliver against business objectives
