Driver in Houghton Regis, Dunstable, LU5 - Term Time Only

Aspens Services is an established and successful school contract caterer, providing meals to children in schools up and down the country. We are currently looking for a Driver to join our team at one of our schools in Dunstable. Please read on to see details of this position.

* Monday to Friday

* 20 hours per week

* 38 weeks per year based around term time

* 4.09 weeks holiday entitlement

* £9.50 per hour

This position requires heavy lifting and transporting of food in the company van, so a clean driving license is required. Health and safety training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Packing hot boxes, lifting in and out of van

* Assisting the kitchen staff with delivered services

* Health & safety compliance

* Friendly and polite customer service

Ideal candidate

* Catering experience

* Working within a team

* Food hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)

* Basic knowledge of health and safety practices

* Clean driving license
