An award winning, dynamic global business, based in Sunbury is looking for a credible internal recruiter able to prioritise a high level of recruitment.

Salary is £35k PA basic with the opportunity to earn a further £12k PA in bonuses on the number recruited.

This is a hybrid role. 3 days per week from the office in Sunbury and 2 from home.

You will be working circa 20 jobs at a time. 

ROLE SUMMARY

The Recruiter will take full responsibility for the recruitment life cycle across the business. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to proactively source talent both in the UK and internationally. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Proactively utilise resources such as LinkedIn and other job boards to source, headhunt and approach potential candidates

•    Build and develop a pipeline of candidates 

•    Continuous review of the recruitment process in order to improve the hiring of talent 

•    Work closely with internal stakeholders in order to gain a full understanding of roles and recruitment needs

•    Attend recruitment events such as graduate job fairs 

•    Work closely with the marketing team and HR Manager to develop the employer brand 

•    Oversee the preparation of job descriptions and create job board advertisements 

•    Regular monitoring of job boards to ensure vacancies are up to date

•    Advise managers on the recruitment process in order to improve the attraction and selection of candidates 

•    On-going liaison/relationship building with recruitment agencies 

•    Reviewing CV’s and shortlisting candidates

•    Conducting interviews over the phone and face to face 

•    Diary management including international coordination of interviews 

•    Working with the HR team on any adhoc HR projects or work

SKILLS PROFILE

•    Previous experience working in recruitment

•    An understanding of technology recruitment and attraction methods is preferred 

•    Ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers and external suppliers 

•    Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise 

•    Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 

•    Excellent attention to detail

•    Confident using MS Office with a particular focus on Excel and Word
