Requirements of the Assistant MEP Cost Consultant:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent recognised by RICS or working towards this qualification (Preferred but not desirable)
Expertise to read MEP drawings
Experience of being successful when delivering complex projects
Experience of mid to major office refurbishments/developments in London
Ability to work independently
Take ownership of project aspects
Ability to present to senior staff

Roles/Responsibilities:

Monitor & review work undertaken by more junior colleagues
Ensure programmes of work & milestones are met
Contribute to a range of professional cost management assignments
Interpret data & prepare support documentation
Be proactive when assessing & evaluating cost & commercial processes
Provide advice to improve systems & processes
Assist senior staff
