Location: Corby

Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 DOE

Director Secretary and Company Receptionist

My client based in Corby is the marketplace leader in the management of contaminated land and brownfield sites for housing, commercial use or industry.

Key responsibilities

Office Management and Reception skills

Maintain meeting room and staff calendars


Monitoring and approving staff holidays in conjunction with line manager

Maintain staff electronic and paper personnel files ensuring all up to date

Maintain GDPR Log - see spreadsheet - PAGShares -Admin - Data Protection

Book all training courses, keep training matrix up to date, ensure all training certificates are up to date, report at Health & safety Meetings.

Support meetings - issue agendas, take and issues minutes and action plan, monitor completion of actions, set dates


Support the administrators for Website posts & social media (Facebook & Linked In)

Digital Marketing emails and intro emails to new contacts

Key Skills Required

Highly Organised with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Good MS Office skills particularly word, excel and outlook skills

Ability to multitask
