Finance & Billing Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours / Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) / 1/2 lunch break
Furdeco is a nationwide two-person delivery company specialising in furniture and garden items. Our delivery service runs across 7 days a week to suit customer's needs.
With over 10 years' experience, we have built up a good reputation in our space delivering home furniture, appliances and related products within the UK, working with a number of household brands including Debenhams, Harveys, Furniture Village and DFS to name a few!
We are looking for an Finance Assistant to join our team:
Essential requirement:
* Data entry in Microsoft Excel.
* Basic credit control - chasing payments.
* Processing of invoices and filing.
* Financial data entry, checking and invoicing using inhouse software.
* Assisting accounting team with basic accounts related tasks and may be required in ad hoc projects.
* Processing and archiving of delivery notes.
* General administrative duties.
Ideal candidate:
* Good customer service skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Proficient in excel and Microsoft packages
* Able to work in a fast paced, busy environment
* Able to work on their own or as part of a team
* Be alert and focus on task at hand
* Reliable
* Good time keeping
* Ensure all health and safety is adhered to
* Can do attitude
* Free Onsite parking
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
