Account Manager

London (Holborn, Fleet Street and Charring Cross areas)

We are searching for an Account Manager to support our London division to oversee the cleaning services across 3 sites in central London. The Account Manager will support the Operations Manager by ensuring the sites are supervised efficiently and effectively and that the specified cleaning standards are met and maintained to a high level.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for:

To ensure cleaners and supervisors are trained and records are maintained effectively including HSEQ training/machinery training/specification training
To ensure any site regulations and Company policies are adhered too and site folder is up to date
Liaising with client to ensure satisifation
To supervise employees to ensure specified cleaning and work standards are maintained at all times, highlighting any issues.
Welcome/ Induct and train new/relief cleaners ensuring they understand their roles and complete training records to ensure accurate & up to date
To complete time sheets and ensure records of each employee’s hours are accurate, to provide to account manager
Inform Account Manager immediately of any vacancies and provide support in appointing cleaners through interviews
To complete tool box talks with all staff on a monthly basis
To hold a staff meeting monthly with employeesAs Account Manager you will have the following expertise and attributes:

Able to be enthusiastic in building relationships and to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues alike.
Able to train and coach employees both formally and informally.
Able to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time
Able to identify problems and take appropriate action where necessary to resolve
Flexible approach to work
