Our client is looking for an experienced Project Support Assistant to work in their Ceremonies Office.
They are looking for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent customer care skills and a 'can do' attitude, possibly somebody who has experience of working on large scale, formal events.
The actual Graduation takes place from 4th - 15th July, 2022. You will be expected to work 5 days a week including the Saturdays of the graduation weeks (Working the Saturday you will get a day off during the week) you will also be expected to be available from 8am during the graduation days and be required to wear business dress during the graduation weeks.
Assisting on the project with various tasks as and when needed
Responding to queries from attendees at the ceremony
